I finally decided to tackle another of our painted radiator.. Now it was time to finally end the blue cycle of our sitting room..DSC06185

We decided to not do a full stripping, but leave it partially stripped.

We moved the sofa, so now the radiator is not covered by it.

A new old trunk

When we bought the house, we asked the sellers to leave behind the stuff they didnt want anymore. Some stuff we put in trash but some we are slowly recovering (like the radio) to use around.

I finally finished (almost.. I still have to finish it inside) a trunk. It was in our basement with lots of kids games from the 60s, 70s that the kids love playing with.

We did very few. After a very deep cleaning, I oiled the exterior. We also fixed the lid, so now is working well. I am also finishing the interior, I wll make a post when I finish it. And now it is in our room.

And in the middle of this fall cenarium, the Hemerocallis decided to come back with some flowers. It almost felt like summer again.
